KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER,NETWORK EMBEDDEDNESS AND INTERNATIONAL SUBCONTRACTING BUSINESS GROWTH
从经济社会学引入网络嵌入性概念，探讨国际分包业务知识转移的特殊性，发现其嵌入网络具有双重网络和俘获型网络特征，知识转移模式与一般模式不同，并提出相应管理措施。
Enterprise knowledge theory holds the idea that knowledge decides an enterprise’s capability and that external knowledge transfer has a great influence on the enterprise’s knowledge structure.This paper introduces the factor of network embeddedness from Economic Sociology to discusses specificity and related operation of international subcontracting business ‘s knowledge transfer.We find that the embeded network of international subcontracting business owns the distinctive features of dual network and capture-based network.With these two features,the knowledge transfer model of international subcontracting business is also quite different compared with those general ones.The specificity lies mainly in the sections of Knowledge Source and Knowledge Transfer Interface.Furthermore,because of this specificity,the practice of knowledge transfer of international subcontracting business should also take some special measures such as changing the internal subcontracting to professional subcontracting and establishing appropriate human resources policy.
