THINKING ON ENLARGEMENT OF OPENING TO DOMESTIC REGIONS OF DEVELOPMENT ZONES IN DEVELOPED AREAS ——A CASE STUDY ON DEVELOPMENT ZONES OF SUZHOU
以苏州为例，研究发达地区开发区对内开放的重要性，分析国内外投资结构失衡、国内投资分布不均及政策偏见，并提出5条扩大对内开放的具体措施。
This paper, by taking Suzhou City as an example, which ranks the second in actual using of foreign investment,probes into the importance of opening to the domestic regions of development zones in the developed areas in the 21st century, the unbalance of the structure of domestic and overseas investment, unbalanced distribution of domestic investment in various development zones, the bias on opinion and regimes of domestic investment and so on. At last, it puts forward 5 specific ways and main measures of enlarging opening to the domestic regions of development zones.
