Evaluation of the Sustainable Development Capacity of Industry of Daqing City Since the Revival of Northeast China
构建了资源型城市产业可持续发展能力评价模型，对大庆市东北振兴以来的产业可持续发展能力进行评价，发现其呈上升趋势，石油产业仍是关键驱动力，替代产业能力增强但石油产业能力下降。
It is a strategic emphasis to achieve sustainable development of resources-based cities in China,and the effective approach is to promote the industry sustainable development capacity(CSD).Based on the analyses of the CSD of the resources-based cities,the article set up the evaluation model of the CSD,then evaluated the CSD of Daqing city since the revival of northeast China.The results show that the industry capacity sustainable development is kept the ascending trend and the evaluation value is promoted.The petroleum industry is the all the same the crucial driver and the capacity of the industry transformation is powerful;The capacity of the substitute industry is enhanced,but the capacity of the petroleum industry is declined.
