Agglomeration Economy and the Development of Manufacturing Industry in Wanjiang City Belt:Based on External Scale Economy Theory
基于外部规模经济理论，构建集聚经济影响制造业的理论模型，利用2004-2011年皖江城市带9市28个制造业行业数据，发现初始规模和竞争水平促进发展，而多样化不利，专业化不显著。
Based on external scale economy theory,this article constructs the theoretical model of agglomeration economies impact on manufacturing,and illustrates variable and data.Then 2004-2011,respectively,28 manufacturing industries industrial output and employment data was merited manufacturing development of nine cities in Wanjiang City Belt.Industrial initial size,degree of specialization,diversification,and the level of competition were measured economic gathering indicators.Regression found that:initial industrial scale and the level of competition have a positive effect on manufacturing industries development in Wanjiang City Belt,and the degree of diversification is not conducive to the development of manufacturing,but the degree of specialization was not significant.
