通过长春、沈阳、哈尔滨的问卷调查，分析东北老工业基地农产品加工业现状与问题，并借鉴国内外趋势提出可持续发展对策。
Revitalizing the old industrial base in northeast China is not only revitalization of industry,but also that of the whole northeast economy.Agricultural products processing industry has a rapid development in the old industry base of northeast recent years,which has infused a new energy into economic development.And what's more,it has become a new light of promoting economic increase of northeast.Through questionnaire survey to Changchun,Shenyang,Harbin,the current situation of agricultural products processing industry is grasped firstly in the old industrial base.And then,existing problems of agricultural products processing industry are analysed.Finally,on the basis of analysing the home and abroad developing trend of that,countermeasures for sustainable and healthy development of agricultural products processing industry are schemed in the old industrial base of northeast China.
