TRIANGLE MODEL EVALUATION OF CARTOON INDUSTRY COMPETITIVENESS IN CHINA CITIES
利用国家广电总局数据，从产量、质量和集中度三个指标评估36个中国城市的动漫产业竞争力，将城市分为起飞、滑行和待飞三个等级，为不同城市提供发展建议。
Cartoon industry has developed in many cities of China. However, the industrial competitiveness models in hand could not be applied in assessment of cartoon industry, and the data of production value of cartoon industry are not unified in different cities. So this article uses the data from the State Administration of Radio Film and Television to set three evaluating indicators, of production quantity, production quality and production concentration. 36 cities which have been evaluated in this article are categorized into 3 top level groups—flying, taking off, and at airstrip. Each group has 2 sub groups. Among all 36 cities, Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha, Guangzhou and Hangzhou are in the flying group. The evaluating result comes to build a new evaluation model of cartoon industry competitiveness and give the different developing directions and advices for the cities.
