CHINESE TRADITIOINAL INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE IN THE SCOPE OF WORLD HERITAGE
梳理了中国传统工业遗产的资源特点与保护现状，指出其研究落后于国际水平，并运用地理学方法探讨了背景、分类、保护及研究前景。
It is one of specialties in Chinese industrial heritage to be with plentiful resource of traditional industrial heritage. Many classic literatures and modern publications are available within the research fields concerning history of Chinese industry and scientific technology. Among 171 industrial properties within 2 358 Chinese National Cultural Heritages that were promulgated six times, there are 14 kinds and 149 properties of classic traditional industrial heritages, which present protecting efforts by the government of P.R.China. But in the academic field of cultural heritage industrial heritage in China, study on traditional industrial heritage under the scope of World Heritage remains far distance behind that in the international field. In order to cast a brick to attract jade, using the idea and method in geography discipline, this paper elaborates the background significance, period area limits, category pattern, protecting situation and research prospect.
