SOCIAL DEMANDS AND NEW PROPOSITIONS OF ECONOMIC GEOGRAPHY DISCIPLINE DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE ELEVENTH NATIONAL FIVE-YEAR PLAN
基于中国第十一个五年规划中区域发展的新方向，分析了经济地理学现状对社会需求的适应性，并提出了未来研究的新命题。
The discipline of economic geography has entered an important development period in history,as major regional function and spatial structure of regional development are put emphasis of an unprecedented degree in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of China.Based on the summarization of relevant new directions in regional development areas in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,the adaptability of economic geography development status to social demands was analyzed in this paper,and further some new propositions in China's future economic geography research were suggested and elaborated.
