研究了北京与周边中小城市在产业、科技、房地产、旅游、生态和交通等领域的合作现状与问题，提出加强经济生态合作机制、总部经济、旅游、科学基地和农业等合作，建立区域一体化协调发展机制。
Promoting Beijing and its surrounding medium and small cities regional economic cooperation will strengthen the overall competiveness,and promote the Urban circle integrated development.Now,Beijing and its surrounding medium and small cities cooperate in the industries,science technology,real estate,tourism,the ecological environment and traffic areas,but there are many problems.In view of the comparative advantages of resources and development needs in Beijing and its surrounding medium and small cities,we must enhance the cooperation in the economic,ecological cooperation mechanism,the headquarters of the economy,tourism,science base and agriculture.Establish regional integrated and coordinated development mechanism.The surrounding medium and small cities should have scientific position,innovative mechanisms to strengthen the management system and infrastructure development,promote regional economic development,and thus promote regional economic development.
