Study On Planning an "Eco-Sponge City" For Rainwater Utilization
为解决水资源短缺和城市内涝问题，提出基于雨水利用管理理念规划生态海绵区域，并给出最优建设技术方案和评价指标体系，对水资源保护、防洪、水景观和水污染控制有显著效益。
In order to solve the lack problem of water resource and flooding,an important approach of the utilization of rainwater is put forward by planning an ecological sponge area,based on rainwater utilization management concept.Optimal construction technical plan and evaluation index system of ecological sponge are provided.The result shows that Eco-sponge planning of rainwater utilization is of great benefit to water resource protection,urban flood controlling,water landscape and water pollution controlling.
