THE ANALYSIS ON THE REASONS OF INSTITUTION SYSTEM IN CHINESE RESOURCE-TYPED CITIES' RECESSION
指出资源型城市衰退的根本原因不是资源枯竭，而是制度体系中的不公平待遇，并分析了不同制度阶段下资本积累不足的问题。
This article indicates that the essential reason of resource-typed cities' recession isn't the exhausted resource but the inevitable outcome of unfair treatment to them in the institution system. During the three stages of the variance on Chinese institution system, resource-typed cities were lack of original capital accumulation due to the shortness of transition stage. Therefore, the solution must be taken by means of the reform of systems to solve the problem of the declining situation in resource-typed cities.
