A DISCUSSION ABOUT REGION DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVE
分析了区域发展目标的概念、特征（层次性、发展性、时效性和地域性），指出它是一个兼顾经济、社会和环境的系统，并提出了制定目标的依据、目标冲突的本质及协调方法。
In the background that great west development strategy is carried out, region development is into the new period in china. A series of problems of region development need to be studied extensively, in which the typical problem, the research of region development, is very urgent and important. This paper analyses the concept and character of region development objective, points out that region development objective have three characters which is administrative levels, developments, timeliness and terrain, and region development objective is an objective system which gives consideration to economy, society and environment. Based on this, the paper puts forward some bases which draw up region development objective, analyses the essence and possible expression of region development objective conflict, and summarizes some ways and methods which harmonize the conflict of region development objective.
