The Empirical Study of the Function of FDI on the Innovation in the Chinese Industry
研究了外商直接投资对中国16个制造业行业创新的四种机制和效应，发现仅人力资本渠道能产生正向溢出，且垂直溢出强于前向溢出，跨国公司创新对东道国创新有负向影响。
This paper examines the four mechanisms and effects of FDI innovation in China and domestic enterprise's innovation for 16 manufacturing industries.The results suggest only human capital channel can produce positive spillovers for domestic enterprise,meanwhile background of vertical spillover would be stronger than forward spillover.In all,innovations of MNCs have negative effect on innovation of host country.At last, according to the factor intenseness,market concentration,export interdependency,each industry in China has different effect on domestic enterprise.
