It analyses the current situation of Chinese Medicine Industry (CMI). On view of the challenges and opportunities,it puts forward a strategy to raise the comprehensive competence of CMI by resources integration from university,research institute,the government and the industry itself. At last,it proposes some specific methods and puts forward some policy proposals by analyzing the concret features of knowledge innovation in CMI.
