通过分析美国研究型大学国家实验室的历史发展，提出我国应建立类似实验室以代表最高科技水平、服务国家战略并成为创新体系核心。
Through the analysis on the historic development of the national laboratory in the U.S. research university,it argues that the national laboratory in the research university should be constituted in our country to represent the highest ST standard,serve the strategic mission of our country and become the core part in our national innovation system.
