Analysis on the land utilization compensation system of Beijing Second Green Belt
研究了北京第二道绿化隔离带建设中因农民失地引发的资金短缺、就业养老等问题，指出补偿制度缺陷是关键，并尝试从政府、农民和开发公司三方利益关系出发提出补偿标准。
After the research of the current land utilization system of the Beijing Second City Green Belt, it is found that most of the problems construction fund shortage, farmer employment and living guarantee for the aged, are originated from the defects of the land utilization system after the farmer lose their land and move to towns,among those, the defect of the land utilization compensation system has important effect. This paper tries to put farward the land utilization compensation standard through the research of the construction roles and economic relationship among the three interest sides: government, former and development company in the construction of the second green belt.
