The Development Path Options and Policy Proposals of Low-carbon Economic in China
本文探讨低碳经济的内涵，指出其发展依赖于产业结构、消费结构和能源结构的调整，并需要政策法规和科技创新的支持。
During the past several hundred years,Mineral Fossil Refining has greatly promoted the social and economic development,but it has also brought about serious resource and environmental problems.Low-carbon Economy is in the way of sustainable development for human society.Its connotation includes not only Saving and Emission Reduction caused by technology innovation in the field of production and all aspects of life,but also the concentration and reuse of carbon dioxide.This paper argues that the development of Low-carbon Economy depends on the adjustment of industrial structure,consumption structure and energy structure.It calls for policies and regulations and mostly needs the support of scientific and technological innovation.
