A Consideration on the Protection of Intellectual Property Right and its Management in High Institution
本文指出高校对知识产权的经济属性和法律体系认识不足，缺乏规范严格的管理制度，导致知识产权大量流失，限制了科技创新功能。
Intellectual Property Right,as the symbol of innovation achievements,has become impotant part of ST management in high institution. But the economic nature and legal system character of intellectual property right have not been sufficiency recognized up to now. There is popularly lack of normative and rigorous management system of intellectual property right in high institution. This situation leads tremendous lose of intellectual property right high institution,restricts the function of ST innovation in high institution.
