PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF DEVELOPING KNOWLEDGE ECONOMICS IN CHINA
分析了中国发展知识经济面临的问题，如科技体制限制、工业化未完成、经济结构初级、高级劳动力不足、宏观调控能力弱，并提出了发展科教、增强调控、建设高科技产业区等对策。
Based on the major characteristics of knowledge economics, problems and advantages in developing knowledge economyare analyzed in China in the paper. Some countermeasures on developing knowledge economy are suggested for the situation ofChina. Main problems are as follows: There is limitation in the system of science and technology; Industrialization is not still finished;Economic structure is preliminary; There are rich manpower resources, but the number of the advanced labour force israther poor; Ability of macroeconomic control is also weak. Thus, some countermeasures should be executed in China, for example,developing science and education to make a strong nation, enhancing the ability of maeroeconomic control, improving the abilityof scientific making policy of govemment,improving the ability of choosing the talent in the field of knowledge economy,building and developing the development zone of new and rising high-tech industries and developing service trade and informationindustry with high knowledge and so on.
