Empirical Research of Relationship of Industrial Restructuring and Economic Development in Coastal Less Developed Regions——A Case of Heze City,Shandong Province
以山东菏泽为例，用偏离份额法分析改革开放以来产业结构演变与区域经济发展的关系，指出当前问题并提出未来调整对策，为类似沿海欠发达地区提供决策参考。
Significant progress and rapid development of economy in coastal areas have been acquired in our country since the beginning of reform and opening-up,but there are many less developed regions along the coast,while the industrial structure and the short board of economy bring about a lot of obstacles to overall economic development in coastal areas.Take Heze City in Shandong Province for example,industrial restructuring of Heze City is analyzed empirically using Shift-Share Method(SSM),opening out the relationship of evolution characteristics of industrial structure in Heze City and regional economic development since the beginning of reform and opening-up.And the problems of regional industrial structure and developmental obstacles are analyzed in Heze City in present-day times,bringing forward situations of regional industrial restructuring and response measures in the future in Heze City.To establish a coordinated regional economic relations for Heze City and the regions with similar characteristics in coastal provinces and cities in less developed regions,providing decision-making references for sustainable development of regional economy.
