Discussion of the Connotation and Planning Conception of the Pearl River Estuary Bay Area
探讨珠江口湾区多层次功能内涵，包括跨境合作区、新兴经济区和核心功能区，并提出基于时间、空间和专题差异协调的区域规划体系重构建议。
As the literature on the Pearl River Estuary Bay Area shows,this area has a multi-level functional connotation that consists of cross-border cooperating area,newly developing economic area and core functional area.In consideration of the impactions by the complex administrative divisions of this area and the uncertainty of the planning effects,we suggest that the regional planning system should be reconstructed on the basis of the harmonizing from the aspects of time,space and differences between special subjects.
