The Study of S&T Resources Allocating Modes in Enterprise Dominant Production-Education-Research Cooperation System
分析了中国当前科技资源配置滞后和低效的问题，提出应以市场机制将科技资源向企业配置，并研究了企业主导的产学研合作体系中资源配置的几种代表性模式，对政府和企业提升合作效率有参考价值。
Facing the relative lag and low efficiency of science and technology resources at present time,China must allocate science and technology resources to enterprises according market mechanism,and construct an innovative capability in deed.Based on these,it firstly analyzes the inner causations of why constructing production-education-research cooperation system surrounding the firms.Then the problems of allocating ST resources in production-education-research cooperation system surrounding enterprises are studied. On the basis of these analyses,it proposes several representative modes of allocating ST resources emerging these years in market economy conditions,which are very meaningful for government and enterprises to improve the efficiency of production-education-research cooperation system.
