采用多因素综合评价法，构建指标体系与评价模型，对廊坊市主城区可建地块打分排序，结合定性分析确定保障性住房选址，为城市规划提供方法依据。
It discusses using multi-factor synthetical evaluation method to determine spatial distribution of Affordable Decent Housing and the main urban zone of Langfang city was chosen as a case study subsequently.The main thought is: Analyze the factors which impact the location choice to build a synthetical evaluation index system and an evaluation model;On this basis,evaluate the plots that can be built on with calculating the scores;Finally,on the base of score sorting,combined with qualitative analysis,select and determine the location of Affordable Decent Housing.The study conclusion can provide method and basis for the Urban Housing Construction Planning.
