DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERCEPTION OF RECREATION USE IMPACT AND IT'S EFFECT ON VISITOR'S OVERALL SATISFACTION UNDER DIFFERENT USE LEVEL IN ZHANGJIAJIE NATIONAL FOREST PARK
基于张家界国家森林公园旺季和淡季的调查，发现高使用水平下游客对拥挤等影响的感知更强，但只有环境和设施是影响总体满意度的主要因素，拥挤感知仅在高峰时负向预测满意度。
Based on two surveys conducted respectively during a peak season and an off-season in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park,difference between perception of crowding and other recreation use impact under different use level,and the effect of visitors' perception of crowding and other recreation impact on visitors' overall satisfaction is also examined in this paper.The results show that: ①visitors' perception of recreation use impact is significantly higher in a high-use-level recreation environment than in a lower-use-level recreation environment;②visitors are sensitive to some recreation impacts,however,they do not necessarily have significant effect on their overall satisfaction;③environment and facilities are main factors that have an effect on visitors' overall satisfaction,and perception of crowding is also a negative predictor of overall satisfaction in a high-use-level recreation environment.
