Along with the increasing of income and more spare time available,leisure activity has become one of the important parts of the lives of Shenzhen people,and leisure industry has become one of the main industries of Shenzhen's national economics.Based on the analysis of the developing actuality of Shenzhen's leisure industry,the paper pointed out the problems of industrial cognition,policy,image,distribution,and production system structure,appetency,market developing of leisure industry in Shenzhen,also the countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
