ANALYSIS ON CHINESE CITIES' ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION PATTERN CHANGES AND INFLUENCE OVER THE PAST DECADE
研究了过去十年中国行政区划格局的变化特征，分析了其对城市化进程、大城市规模扩张障碍消除及行政成本降低的影响，并指出调整任务因历史负担和利益问题而加重。
Over the past decade,the basic pattern of Chinese administrative division has developed some characteristics which causes further increase of the regional organic cities and areas under the jurisdiction of the municipal governments,and also causes the reduction of villages and towns following the combination of villages and towns at the basic level.Its influence lies in the further promoting the development of China's urbanization process,dispelling the systematic obstacle in the scale enlargement process of big cities and megalopolis,and offering new system guarantee conditions for reducing the administrative operating cost of cities.The historical burden in the urban's development process,the traditional inertia in the management of urban rights and various relevant deep-rooted interests,all above make the adjustment tasks of administrative division of urban areas aggravated.It is a major concern of the proposition that researches advancingly,take all factors into consideration,watch out for the behavioral inclination of the utilization of the administrative division to adjust the mechanism to take this opportunity to expand government's group and set up administering mechanisms.
