AN ANALYSIS AND REFLECTION ON THE SELECTION OF LOCATION FOR URBAN ECONOMICAL AND FUNCTIONAL RESIDENCES
基于住宅选址的经济原理,以武汉市为例,探讨经济适用房在土地价格与适宜区位之间的两难选择,并提出选址应与城市土地使用制度改革同步。
The Chinese goverment devotes great attention to building economical and functional residences to better the living conditions of the middle-and-lower-income urban residents. This paper, based on the economic principle of residence location selection, using the concrete conditions of Wuhan Municipal City as an example, discusses the dilemma between land prices and suitable locations for economical and functional residences. It suggested that the construction of economical and functional residences should keep pace with the reform of urban land use system. It is on this basis that the paper explores some rational ways to the location selection and market allocation of land resources.
