Abstract

Literature review tells that previous works of tourist resources evaluation are processed mostly in accordance with the quality of tourist attraction and works from the tourists’ perceptions are comparetively rare.This study,based on the tourists’ perceptions,is to analyze the attractiveness of the tourist resources in Sichuan and have comprehensive assessment of tourist satisfaction after the wenchuan earthquake.The results indicate that natural resource and giant panda both have got the highest score;and tourist resources in Sichuan after the Wenchuan earth quake remain to be very much attractive to tourists.In the light of Expectation Difference Theory,Paired-Sample T Test has been applied to analyze the visitors’’ satisfaction.The finding showes that tourist’s overall satisfaciton is generally poorer than their expectation,particularly in factors like,sanitation,transportation,and service and mangement.In conclusion,it is suggested that those three factors mentioned above calls for special concerns and need to be improved.
