THE DECOMPOSITION OF CARBON EMISSIONS IN HENAN PROVINCE BASED ON THE INDUSTRAIL STRUCTURE AND ENERGY STRUCTURE
利用IPCC方法分析河南省1978-2008年碳排放趋势，发现工业是高碳排放部门，煤炭是主要排放源，并据此提出调整产业和能源结构的政策建议。
The paper has analysed Carbon emissions trends in Henan province according to energy consumption data(1978-2008) using the method proposed by IPCC,and according to the date of industrial structure and energy structure in Henan province,has analysed its impact on Carbon emissions.The result show that:Carbon emissions in Henan has maintained a high correlation and fluctuation asynchronous with GDP and energy consumption,industrial sector is the main Carbon emissions sector,and high energy consumption industries has accounted for 90% of industrial Carbon emissions,from the view of energy emissions,coal is the principal part of Carbon emissions.For the characteristic of Carbon emissions,industrial and energy structure,this paper has proposed some policies,such as adjusting the industrial structure,accelerate the evolution of the energy structure,developing low-carbon technologies and the development of new energy etc..
