The Analysis on the Re-use Model of Merged Small Towns in Southern Jiangsu:The Case of Luhe District in Nanjing
分析了苏南地区乡镇合并后，被合并乡镇缺乏科学合理再利用的问题，以南京六合区为例，探讨了在新型城镇化背景下实现城乡和谐与新社区建设的再利用模式。
Since the 1990s of last century,Southern Jiangsu has initiated the work of Integration of villages and small towns zoning taking township and villages merge as the main content,which has a strong impetus to the accumulation of rural development of this region.But it also gradually brought some new problems,especially the lacking of scientific and rational re-use of towns which has been merged.This restricted the intensive effectiveness of township merging to some extent.On the basis of reviewing and comparing the effect of villages and small towns zoning in Southern Jiangsu,from the requirements of urban and rural harmonious and construction of new rural community under the background of new urbanization,this paper analysis problems of the follow-up development and construction of merged towns and villages,proposes the basic direction of reasonable re-use of the merged towns from the requirements of combining between equalization and Intensification,then discusses the reasonable re-use model of merged towns and villages taking Luhe,Nanjing for example.
