STUDY ON LAND USE /COVER CHANGE AND THE LAND USE OVERALL PLANNING——A CASE STUDY OF MAANSHAN CITY
以马鞍山市为例，基于1983、1996和2010年数据，分析土地利用结构变化及驱动力，发现耕地减少和建设用地增加是主要特征，人口增长和土地管理是关键驱动因素。
This paper takes the Maanshan City as an example,based on the data of land sift, land use current situation and land use planning in 1983,1996 and 2010,analyses the change of land use structural type and the driving factor of land use change in 1983-1996 and in 1997-2010. the results of correlation analysis revealed the main characteristics of the city's land use change are the obvious reduction of cultivated land and the increase of construction land, the driving forces of reduction of cultivated land are the rapid growth of population,the development of the industry and agriculture during the past 13 years,in the next 13 years,the driving factors of land use change in Maanshan City are the land management,the rapid growth of population and the development of social and economy, the most important factor is the land management.
