A Study on Evaluation Index for Checking Key Subject Construction in Shanghai Local High Institutions
针对上海市教委第三批重点学科评价体系的动态变化和量化缺陷，通过专家访谈和咨询建立了包含35项指标的中期检查评价体系，并验证了其消除学科原有水平和主观影响的效果。
Looked at the defects in dynamic change and quantification of evaluation index system used in evaluating the third group of key subjects selected by Shanghai Education Committee,according to the requirement of key subject construction and principles of establishing evaluation index system,and combined with expert interview,it established an evaluation index system which includes 35 items and is used to check mid term key subject construction. The weight of each evaluation index and the method of comprehensive evaluation are defined with the method of expert consultation. With this method,the data of mid term evaluation from 26 key subjects is verified. The evaluation index system established in this study has eliminated certain impacts to the evaluation results caused by the original level of the key subjects. At the same time,it eliminated the subjective impacts to the evaluation results with the quantified index.
