COLLIGATION EVALUATION OF XI'AN URBAN-LAND INTENSIVE USE
通过因子分析和层次分析法，评价西安城市土地集约利用水平，计算潜力，并提出政策建议。
This paper gives a colligation evaluation of Xi'an urban-land intensive use.First,we analyze the land use configuration of Xi'an city,which is compared with standard urban-land use configuration.Then eighteen big cities are selected as the research samples(including Xi'an),where there are a non-agriculture population of more than 2 million,and fifteen indexes are set up to figures out the level of land intensive use in Xi'an by factor analysis.Due to the low level land use of Xi'an,we calculate the potential value of the land use and figures out the potential level in Xi'an by AHP.At last we put forward the policy suggestion of intensive use from four aspects.
