With the entrance to WTO, Chinese Technological Mediun Small-sized enterprises directly compete with foreign enterprises, and the support policies are impacted by relative rules of WTO. Considering the changes of technological innovation environment, the article analyzes the current status of Technological Medium Small-sized Enterprises and compares their advantage and disadvantage on technological Innovation. Based on the current and rules of WTO, it puts forward the strategic choice of technological innovation for technological Medium Small-sized Enterprises after the entrance to WTO.
