AN APPROACH TO A MODEL OF AGRICULTURAL INTEGRATION LEADING BY PROCESSING ENTERPRISE
基于南京郊区和苏锡常地区的调查，比较了加工企业与农户的多种联结形式，并以南京奶业一体化为例构建了“市场+龙头企业+养殖基地（农户）”模型，探讨其组织形态与运行机制。
The agricultutal integration leading by processing enterprise is one of effective type. Based on the information from investigation in Nanjing suburb and Su-Xi-Chang area, this paper gives a comparison of various linking forms between the processing enterprise and farmers. Ulteriorly, this paper analyzes the successful case of that some leading enterprises exploiting domestic and abroad markets. This paper also sets up a model of “market+ leading enterprise+ farming bases(farmers)”by taking Nanjing dairy integration as an example, and as well as approaches to its organization forms and operating mechanism.
