INVESTMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION IN CHINA MAINLAND AT PROVINCAL LEVEL
研究了过去十多年中国大陆省级环保投资的时空趋势，发现投资从低到高依次为中部、西部和东部地区，并分析了投资不足的原因及提升效率的途径。
From time dimension,the trend of investment for environmental conservation in China mainland at provincal level was raised in the last more than 10 years;from the space dimension,the trend of investment which from low to high was:the central region,the western region and the eastern region of China.The reason of shortage of investment for environmental conservation was government failture,the public goods benefits flow, the disorder behaviors of investment from local government.The way to promote the investment efficiency are: to reform the governmental system and to enforce the strength from central government.
