Analysis on the Status and Development Path of the China's Urban Low-carbon Transport
本文从定义和内涵出发，分析了2000年至今中国城市低碳交通的碳排放和能源消耗情况，指出公共交通碳排放强度最低，并总结了公共交通发展滞后、出行结构变化等主要问题，提出了三个战略方向和四项主要措施。
The paper elaborates the urban low-carbon transport from the aspects of definition and connotation,and analyzes the situation of carbon emission and energy consumption of the China's urban low-carbon transport form 2000 to now,the results indicate:rapid growth of energy consumption and CO2 emissions of the China's urban transport,and the carbon emission intensity of the public transport being the lowest in motorized transport,and major problems of development of the China's urban low-carbon transport being summarized:lag of the development of the public transport,chang of the citizen travel structure,diminution of non-motorized transport,lack of effective demand management and awareness of energy-saving and carbon emission reduction,and urban traffic management system being unsuitable to China's urban low-carbon transport construction.On this basis above,three strategic directions and four main measures of China's low-carbon transport construction are proposed.
