THE INVESTIGATION AND THOUGHT OF THE LAND USE OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL AREA
通过调查柯城区农村居民点土地利用现状，分析存在的问题，并从村镇规划、动态管理、资金保障和法律完善等方面提出解决散、小、多、脏、乱、差问题的对策。
In this paper, by means of the investigation for the land use of rural residential area of Ke Cheng District, We found outmany practical problems, analysed these in the meantime, at last, by making the plan of village and town construction, enhanc-ing full time dynamic management of rural inhabitant land use, establishing the ensure mechanism of land sorting funds of ruralresidential area, and perfecting the land laws of rural residential area management, we put forward a lot of means in order to solvesuch as scattered, small, more, dirty, confused, bad problems of rural residential area.
