Modern Urban Management: An Open Complex Giant System
本文提出城市管理应超越还原论，利用信息技术创新，在开放复杂巨系统理论指导下整合专家系统、ICT系统和数据信息系统，并构建城市管理综合集成系统的结构与流程。
The theory of open complex giant system and its methodology is very important to modern urban management. Urban manager should look beyond reductionism and take full advantage of ICT triggered innovation; integrate the expert system, ICT system and data-information system in the informational city management system; pay attention to the people factor in city management; reinforce synthesis management and coordination functions under the guidance of open complex giant system theory and its methodology. This paper studies the application of meta-synthesis methodology in urban study and urban management. The structure and procedure of urban management meta-synthesis system is proposed.
