基于五个海外典型生物技术产业集群的多案例研究，分析了可持续创新网络的关键成员、组织结构和运行机制，并为中国地方政府发展生物技术园区提出建议。
Under the theoretical frame of industry cluster and sustainable innovation,it studies the critical members of the sustainable innovative networks,the network organizational structure,and the operational mechanism of biotechnology industry cluster based on the multi-case study of five oversea typical biotechnology industrial clusters.Furthermore,it puts forward some suggestions to stimulate biotechnology park development for Chinese local governments.
