Analysis on the Outputs of Scientific Papers in China Based on Scientometrics
利用科学计量学方法，基于SCI、SSCI和ESI数据，定量分析并国际比较中国科研论文产出，发现论文数量指数增长但高被引论文增长缓慢，指出科研管理政策存在不足。
It evaluates the scientific research status of China using scientometrics.Based on the data from the SCI SSCI,ESI,it makes the quantitative analysis and international comparison on the research outputs of China.The results shows that the Chinese SCI SSCI papers have an exponential increase,and the Chinese highly cited papers also have a sharp increase.But on the contrary,the increasing rate of the highly cited paper numbers is far lower than that of the SCI SSCI paper numbers,and there are only three researchers from Chinese mainland recognized as the ISI highly cited researchers,which indicates that there are deficiencies in our research management policies,like RD investment,government support and education system.
