Analysis of Dynamic Effect of Industrial Structure Change on Ecological Environment in Economic Zones—Taking Hu-Bao-Yin-YU Economic Zone as An Example
以呼包银榆经济区2000-2012年数据，用典型相关、协整检验等方法，分析了产业结构变化对生态环境的动态影响，发现第一、二产业与生态环境高度相关，第三产业比例增加可改善环境。
This paper takes the Hu-Bao-Yin-Yu Economic Zone as an example, using the statistical data of Hu-Bao-YinYu Economic Zone during 2000- 2012, with Canonical Correlation Method, Co Integration Test, Impulse Response Function and Variance Decomposition Method, on the base of the analysis of the correlation between Hu- Bao- Yin- Yu Economic Zone and ecological environment, it examines and analyzes the dynamic effects of the economic zone industry structure change on the ecological environment. The research result shows: 1)Primary industry and secondary industry of economic zone are highly correlative with ecological environment, and the two industries are largest correlated with solid environment and atmospheric environment. 2)There is a long-term dynamic equilibriums relationship between industrial structure and ecological environment of the economic zone. Among them, there is positively co- integration relationship between the second industry, the third industry and the water environment quality, while the co-integration relationship is negative between the first industry and the water environment quality. There is negative co- integration relationship between the first industry, the third industry and the solid environment quality. There is positively co- integration relationship between the second industry, the third industry and the solid environment quality, while the co- integration relationship is negative between the first industry and the solid environment quality. 3)Industry structure of the economic zone has dynamic effects on the ecological environment. Increasing the proportion of the first industry will cause the small amplitude pollution of the ecological environment, and the influence gets progressively less as time goes by;Increasing the proportion of the second industry will cause greatly pollution of the ecological environment, and its impact is the greatest on the industrial solid waste emissions, less on the industrial waste gas emissions, and the minimal on the emissions of industrial waste water, and with the passage of time the impact remains relatively stable; Increasing the proportion of the third industry will an improvement of ecological environment in a certain degree. Therefore, the continuous optimization of industrial structure is an important factor to improve the ecological environment quality.
