THE SPATIAL PATTERN AND INFLUENCE FACTORS OF HIGH-TECH FIRMS IN SHENZHEN BASED ON ESDA
利用ESDA技术分析2007年深圳2742家高科技企业的空间分布，发现企业集聚但创新扩散效应不明显，南山为高值集聚区，港澳台资企业集中度高于内资和外资企业，且受广莞深交通走廊影响显著。
Based on the ESDA technique,with statistic data of 2 742 high-tech firms of Shenzhen in 2007,this paper confirms that there are some special spatial patterns of high-tech firms in Shenzhen and influencing factors such as population density,industrial park,transportation and innovation infrastructures.The results are as follows :(1)High-tech firms represent spatial agglomeration,but there is no obvious clustering of innovation and diffusion effects;(2) According to the result of local spatial autocorrelation analysis,Nanshan district is the high-high region,and the regions lying around the east boundary of the special economic zone are low-low regions;(3) Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan-funded firms show significant higher concentration level than domestic and foreign-founded firms and the later two share similar spatial patterns.The spatial patterns of high-tech firms are similar with that of the population density,industry parks and the government's incentive policies.Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan-funded firms show significant influence by the transport corridors between Guangzhou,Dongguan and Shenzhen.
