STUDY ON EMPLOYMENT OBSTACLES OF THE RESIDENTS BASED ON "SPATIAL MISMATCH"——TAKING CITYVILLAGE INCHENGGUAN DISTRICT OF LANZHOU CITY AS THE EXAMPLE
从空间错位视角，通过问卷和访谈研究兰州市城关区城中村居民在求职中面临的空间障碍，对关注城市就业与空间政策的学者有参考价值。
The positive result of research on Spatial MismatchHypothesis (SMH), which first stated by John Kain (1968), has greatly influenced city’s policy of employment and spatial development in U.S, but this study has started in our country , mainly concentrated in the fundamental research aspects, therefore this article, from the view of Spatial Mismatch, by the form of questionnaire and interview,studied the spatial obstacles that people who resident in village city in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City face in searching for jobs.
