RESEARCH ON A CRITERIA SYSTEM OF SUSTAINABLE EVALUATION OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR RECYCLING ECONOMIC SMALL——TOWN:A CASE ON XINQIAO,JIANGYIN CITY
以江阴市新桥镇为例，参考联合国可持续发展委员会指标体系，构建了包含经济、社会、环境、资源和科技五个方面的可持续评价指标体系，并评估了该镇的可持续发展能力，针对问题提出改进建议。
According to the characteristic of the economic and social development of Xinqiao Town,the paper establishes a criteria system of sustainable evaluation of planning and development by using the criteria system of sustainable development of UNCSD for references.The criteria system consists of five links including economic,society,environment,resources and science and technology et al.And the paper evaluates the capabilities of sustainable development by building a model.The result indicates some problems and this paper correspondingly puts forward some advices to improve the capabilities of sustainable development.
