EVALUATION ON ECO-EFFICIENCY FROM HUMAN DEVELOPMENT IN THE CENTRAL CHINA
研究从人类发展视角扩展了生态效率概念框架，利用主成分分析和功效系数法计算中国中部六省的环境负荷，并对1990-2008年省级尺度的生态效率进行定量评价，为提升中部地区人类发展水平和生态效率提供对策。
The research about Eco-efficiency from the perspective of human development is the response to the evolution from economic development concept to human development concept and sustainable development concept.Based on the evolution of eco-efficiency concept,this paper expanded the conceptual framework of eco-efficiency from human development-oriented and calculated the environmental loads of the six central provinces by using Principal Component Analysis and Efficiency Coefficient Method.Then,this paper pay quantitative evaluations on eco-efficiency of the human development in the Central China in terms of provincial scale from 1990 to 2008 so as to propose some countermeasures about improving the level of human development and ecological efficiency in the background of making great efforts to promote the rise of central China.
