Spatial Distribution and Dependency Degree of Wetland Resources in Dongting Lake Ecological-Economic Zone
基于2011年县级统计和农户调查数据，分析了洞庭湖生态经济区湿地资源的空间分布及其对县域经济的贡献，并评估了渔民对湿地资源的依赖度，发现2009年渔民上岸政策虽缓解了湿地压力，但替代生计不足削弱了政策效果。
Based on 2011's statistic data at county level as well as rural household survey data, and combined with some conventional research methods including Principal Component Analysis(PCA), cluster analysis and linear weighted average method, the paper analyzed the spatial distribution and dependency degree of wetland resources in Dongting Lake Ecological- Economic Zone in Hunan Province. The results indicated that wetland resources around the lake contributed a lot to county economy. The spatial distribution results of wetland resources nicely reflected the corresponding relationships among resources endowment, use and local development. In addition, the appraisal of resources dependency degree for fishermen suggested that the policy implemented in early 2009 concerning helping fisherman settle ashore, had effectively alleviated pressure on wetland; however, the policy were not good enough for fishermen's alternative livelihoods, which had offset part of the policy effect. Thus it's necessary to further improve relevant policy details on the basis of local governments' guidance for coordinated development of the whole region.
