Research on Energy Saving Technology Policy in Urban Transport System

The gradual depletion of energy resources and environmental deterioration are facing the most serious problems all over the world. Urban transportation that can not be ignored areas including energy consumption,emissions of greenhouse gases and pollutants.Saving energy and reducing consumption of urban transportation technology research and extension is China's indispensable part of response to the global energy crisis and an important step and development strategy in achieving sustainable urban development and building resources saving and environment-friendly society. This paper analyzes the situation of urban transportation energy consumption and proposes technology policy recommendations of urban transport energy saving.
