GROWTH OF PRIVATE CAPITAL FOR DEVELOPMENT IN WEST CHINA
研究了私人资本在西部经济发展中的重要作用，提出了三种增长模式，并分析了当前存在的问题及对策。
Growth of private capital enjoys important actions in economic development. The actions remedy the awful shortage of state capital, accelerate the whole economic development and become the major capital of development in West China. Three new growth models of private capital can be designed in west development. They are original model, deriving model and transferred-grafted model. Nowadays in west China there are problems on thought liberation, accumulation mechanism, macro-management and law criterion. In order to speed growth of private capital, institution insurance should be strengthened, property right should be identified, modest favorable credit and taxation should be given and payment of transfer from government should be enlarged.
