Whether the capital structure of the agricultural listed company is reasonable or not plays a significant role in their development.But the capital structure is not only effected by the internal business factors such as business scale,profitability,growth ability and so on,but also influenced by the external business environment.This paper describes how the external economic environment influences the capital structure of agricultural listed companies,especially macroeconomic factors such as economic growth,inflation,government expenditure,real interest rate etc.
